Dead Terrorists Advance To Quarters Over Legiunea ROmana

In the final day of Alliance Tournament, Dead Terrorists advance to the quarters over Legiunea ROmana during a hard-fought match that saw Dead Terrorists prevail only during the last minute of the fight.



When the teams warped into the arena, it became evident that Legiunea ROmana had again fielded a battleship-heavy setup while their opponents had opted for a little more versatile line-up.

During the first minutes of the fight, the opposing forces displayed equivalent strength, promising a close-call match. Legiunea ROmana immediately concentrated fire on Dead Terrorists' logistic vessel while their opponents answered focusing damage on ROmana's Maelstroms.

Micutzu, of Legiunea ROmana, confirmed that after successfully eliminating Dead Terrorist's Scimitar, her team proceeded to focus on the rattlesnake: "[it] was primaried because if its high DPS with torpedoes... After that we killed the sleipnirs."

Larf1986, who commanded Dead Terrorists' fleet, added that losing the Scimitar was a blow to her fleet's setup: "with the [scimitar] we would have taken a lot less losses, but both teams called the right targets and luckily for us it paid off in the end."

Several minutes of a blow-for-blow fight ensued until Dead Terrorists ultimately gained the edge and Legiunea ROmana was left only with Micutzu's Abbadon to tank against Larf1986's Loki and Bullet'Tooth's Vulture.

It took almost 5 minutes to shoot down Micutzu's Abbadon which exploded at the one-minute time call, as it run out of capacitor.

"Abbadons really struggle shooting small stuff... so his guns kept missing, the same thing happened to us in AT6," concluded Larf1986, also describing the match as "awesome and tense."

Micutzu described Legiunea ROmana's participation in the tournament as "good fun" and was happy that the capsuleer community has started to notice her alliance.
